Cambridge #FoundationalWing celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August 2024, honoring the legacy of #MajorDhyanChand, the #hockeylegend. The day was an occasion to recognize the profound impact that #sports have on our lives and society. It serves as a reminder of the vital role athletics play in promoting physical health, fostering teamwork, and instilling discipline.
The event aimed to promote the spirit of #sportsmanship and enhance both #physical and #socialskills among our little learners through various engaging activities.
The Kindergarten section took the lead with morning exercises, followed by activities such as formations with hoops, Going Through Hoops, Yoga, and Zumba. Their performances, showcasing rhythm and coordination, were applauded by all.
This day highlighted the achievements of athletes and the positive values that sports embody, encouraging us all to embrace an active lifestyle. The little learners showed great enthusiasm as they participated in various sports activities. With a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, the National Sports Day celebration was a memorable and successful event.
